SOFT DRINKS

THE EFFECT OF SOFTDRINK

Soda, pop, cola, soft drinks - whatever its name is one of the worst beverages may be consumed by our bodies. We need to know how much soda can affect our bodies so that we can determine the appropriate drink for our bodies.
SOFT DRINK VERY HARD TO HEALTH
Soft drinks contain little - not even at all - vitamins or other essential nutrients. In contrast, most soft drinks contain a lot of problems just like: caffeine, carbonate, sugar - or a more severe artificial sugar, and often also contain coloring substances, flavorings, and preservatives. Many studies have found that consuming soft drinks in large quantities, especially for children, is one factor that can cause health problems, including cavities, lack of nutrition, obesity (overweight), diabetes type 2, and heart disease.

WHY SUGAR IN SOFT DRINK IS NOT GOOD?
Most soft drinks contain sugar in large numbers. Recommendations USDA (U.S. Health) regarding dietary sugar levels as much as 200 calories is 10 teaspoons a day. And almost all soft drinks contain more than these levels!
Why is consuming too much sugar is bad for health? For starters, we'll talk about what happened when sugar enters our bodies. When drinking soft drinks containing sugar, the pancreas will work and produce insulin, the hormone that will clean the sugar content in the blood by the fibers and cells of our bodies and thus more useful. Consuming too much sugar, can increase the amount of insulin. The high level of insulin in the blood above normal can lead to depression in the immune system, so that it can weaken our body's ability to fight disease.
Another thing to consider is that most of the remnants of the sugar will end and stored as fat in the body, where it resulted in increased weight and increased risk of heart disease and cancer. One study found that when subjects were given refined sugar, white blood cell count increased significantly for several hours afterward. Another study found that rats fed a diet of sugar in large quantities has a tendency substantially affected by breast cancer are higher than those given sugar in a normal diet.

INFLUENCE OF DIET SODA FOR HEALTH
We can conclude that diet soda or sugar-free is a better choice. One study found that drinking soft drinks is one or more a day increased to 30% weight loss at around the abdomen and waist.
Diet sodas were given artificial sweeteners like aspartame, sucralose, or Saccharin. Sweetener, artificial sweeteners are very bad for our health.
Saccharine for example, proved to be carcinogenic, which can cause colon cancer in rats.
Aspartame, better known as NutraSweet, is a chemical that can stimulate the brain that the meal is sweet. Aspartame can turn into Acpartic Acid, Phenylalanine, and Methanol at temperatures of 86 degrees Fahrenheit. We need to remember that the temperature in our stomach is about 98 degrees Fahrenheit. An article released by the University of Texas showed Aspartame linked to obesity. The process of stimulation in the brain causes the desire to consume a sweet and trigger excess carbohydrates.

CALCIUM REDUCE CARBON
Drinks with bubbles (bubbles) contains phosphoric acid, which can reduce the levels of calcium in the blood. Calcium is a key component in bone formation. With a lack of calcium in a long time can weaken bone mass and strength. This means, drink soda and carbonated drinks increase the risk of suffering from osteoporosis.

CAFFEINE TRIGGER STRESS
Number of levels of caffeine are usually printed on the soft drinks. Consuming too much caffeine can reduce the body's calcium, caffeine also stimulates our central nervous system, so that it can cause stress and insomnia.
Forget the soda and start eating:
• MINERAL WATER
Water is vital to drink our health. Every cell of our bodies need water to perform its essential functions.
At the time of travel, use a stainless steel thermos or glass bottle filled with clean water. Give the taste of water with a little mixture of Basil, Mint leaves, or a drop of honey.
• FRUIT juice
If you are a lover of fruit juice drinks, try to add water to your juice so as to reduce the sugar content. Purchase of 100% juice made from organic materials, especially cranberries, acai, pomegranate. The materials are also useful as an antioxidant body.
• TEA
Tea can add energy and have many health benefits. Black tea, green, white, or oolong tea all contain antioxidant polyphenols. In fact, tea is a food / plant-based beverage that contains more antioxidants than any fruit.
Herbal tea does not contain a similar antioxidant, but it remains a good choice of drinks with health benefits, such as may give effect to relax and calm.
If the tea does not satisfy your desire for sweet taste, you can add a little Cinnamon (cinnamon) or honey, which can provide health benefits far more important for our bodies.
