Nasi Kuning Of Indonesia


Nasi Kuning (yellow rice) is a typical Indonesian food. This food is made from cooked rice along with turmeric and coconut milk and spices. With the addition of spices and coconut milk, yellow rice has a more savory taste than white rice. Nasi kuning is one variation of white rice is often used as a cone. Ordinary nasi kuning served with various side dishes typical of Indonesia.

In the tradition of nasi kuning's color Indonesia illustrates the wealth, prosperity and the moral sublime. Therefore, yellow rice often served at Thanksgiving events and happy events such as birth, marriage and fiance.
